Prices are for up to 4 people occupying the villa for 1 week (maximising value for smaller groups) in British Pounds and Euros . Additional adults £50 (€65) per person per week. Children (aged 3 to14) £25 (€33) per child. Infants (up to 3) free.

Price includes linen, towels and cleaning each week, and a welcome pack on arrival. An “infant pack” containing baby bath, cot (but not linen), high chair, potty and changing mat etc is available for no extra charge.

Departures and arrivals are generally Thursday, although other days and long weekends are possible when available. (NB for weekend change overs there is an additional charge of £50 [€65])

No pets, or single sex groups under 30. No smoking inside.

Deposit of £100 (€150) per week, remainder 8 weeks prior to occupation. Payment by cheque or bank transfer (English or Spanish bank)

Swimming Pool

The pool has both solar and electrical heating.For Autumn and Winter use of the electrical heating will ensure a temperature of at least 26 deg C (and usually nearer to 30 deg C when sunny).

Oct/ Nov and Mar/Apr £25 (€33) per week

Airport Pickup

We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport. Cost is €30 each way (paid locally). The vehicle can accommodate 4 passengers and plenty of luggage. For more passengers it is €60 each way for 2 cars.
